The Center for Frontline Retail is holding a free job search workshop and hiring event to train retail job seekers in resume writing and interviewing, and connect job seekers with sales, cashier, stock, visual, and other positions at Kmart, Century 21, Banana Republic, Shake Shack, and Maison Kayser.

First 60 arrivals will attend the event. Latecomers will be referred to our next event. No admittance before check-in time.
Please come professionally dressed, and bring three copies of your resume and a pen.
► Kmart: Cashier | Ensures customer care and selling are #1 priority. Able to run a cash register quickly and efficiently. Has a strong understanding of precise register functions, including how to process all transactions and forms of tender as well as layaway payments. always Prepared to serve the customer with a positive attitude.
► Century 21: Cashier/Sales Associates | Handle cash and credit card transactions, process returns and exchanges, promoting company’s status program and gift cards. Cashiers also play a key role in helping to fill in and maintain the sales floor for ease of customer shopping ensuring that merchandise presentation, and guest service standards are met.
► Banana Republic: Sales Associates, Stock Associates & Visual Merchandising | Must have at least 2-3 years of stock, visual or customer service sales experience. Must have open availability on night, weekends and holidays.
► Shake Shack: Team Members | No previous experience required! Previous hospitality and or food service experience a plus. Solid Customer Service & Communications Skills. Full-time!
► Maison Kayser: Host/Hostess | The position involves the detailed production, maintenance and organization of all baked goods and products display. The position must uphold all health department standards for storage, and work with the Head Baker to replenish product as needed for customer purchases.
► Maison Kayser: Runners | Essentially serves as the mobile satellite that connects the kitchen to the dining room and vice versa. Communication skills, proper service/hospitality techniques and the comprehensive knowledge of all foods are expected for this position within the service team.
► Maison Kayser: Servers | As the leader of all service positions, the Server exemplifies the highest standard of excellence in hospitality and service.
► Maison Kayser: Bussers | Position incorporates all the necessary skills and responsibilities involved in the overall service and hospitality of the Bakery/Restaurant.
► Global Contact Services (GCS): Call Center Representative | Must have at least one year of customer service experience, be able to type 35-40 wpm, must have a High School Diploma/GED and be computer savvy.
