SIGN UP HERE! This exciting workshop delivers practical hands-on experience in a simulated retail environment. You will learn to excel at dealing with any type of customer, navigating diverse workplaces and co-workers, and the full range of management styles.
As a participant, you will:
► Increase your self-confidence in the fast-paced retail environment
► Develop tactics for improving your customer service outcomes and hone your skills in sales and customer management
► Gain greater insight into your own performance, to enhance your profile on the retail floor and earn better outcomes and managerial evaluations
► Learn how to be proactive in providing necessary support and offer assistance to other retail specialists, becoming better at filling “gaps” in your day with self-motivated work that gets you noticed
