Just on the heels of a hefty discrimination lawsuit from Zara’s former lawyer, The Center for Popular Democracy released a survey that found the company’s stores in New York City discriminate against its black employees and customers.

Chaya Crowder, who wrote the paper exposing the company’s practices, has words of advice for both employees and customers who find themselves being discriminated against or racially profiled. “If employees face discrimination and are uncomfortable speaking to their managers directly about their issue and have no other course of action, I suggest that they contact the Center for Frontline Retail at 646-918-6907.”
