June Customer Service Training III

To attend this course, you must sign up on the form for the first class date. If you miss the first class, you will be able to make it up by attending that class in next month’s session. 

Retail workers learn how to better communicate with customers and develop their leadership skills to improve their qualifications and dominate the sales floor.
